Preventing Soft-tissue Injuries

Soft-tissue injuries are the number-one injury in the construction industry. Any company looking to enhance their safety program or reduce worker’s compensation claim costs would be wise to focus on these injuries or more specifically their prevention.

This new article by Charles J. Brienza, CHST, CPR's Safety Director, offers an overview of safe work practices which help to prevent these soft-tissue injuries.

OSHA Revises Recordkeeping Rule

CPR's Safety Director, Charles J. Brienza, CHST, has a new article entitled OSHA Revises Recordkeeping Rule, published in the November/December 2014 issue of the ICRI's Concrete Repair Bulletin. In the article,  Charles discusses OSHA's rather complicated new catastrophic incident reporting rule. By way of a hypothetical case study, he brings clarity to the new rule.
